TAMPA, Fla. (Jun. 22, 2009)— Dr. Larry Saylor was featured on the cover of the latest Practical Aesthetics magazine as one of the top clinical instructors worldwide in the field of dentistry in 2009. The featured dentists were selected by the California Center for Advanced Dental Studies (CCADS), an industry leader in postgraduate education.
Dr. Saylor’s selection was a result of his clinical skills, mentoring efforts and leadership in the field of cosmetic dentistry. “Dr. Saylor has proven to be not only an outstanding dentist but also an educator and coach for other dentists looking to advance their cosmetic skills,” said Garrett Caldwell, President of CCADS. Dr. Saylor works one on one with other doctors to help with diagnosis and treatment planning. He leads a bimonthly study group in the Tampa area to discuss and review aesthetic cases and the latest developments and techniques in dentistry.
Dr. Larry Saylor has a strong background in esthetic dentistry and occlusion, studying with some of the top doctors in the world. He has completed extensive post graduate education in both these areas, including Masters Level at Aesthetic Advantage Live Patient Hands-On Continuum. Dr. Saylor is an active member of the AACD and a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry. He maintains a fee for service practice in Brandon, Florida, where he takes pride in providing world class, relationship based dentistry to his patients.
The California Center for Advanced Dental Studies (CCADS) is a not for profit organization focused on changing the way postgraduate dental education is offered to dentists. CCADS is led by Program Director, Dr. Thomas Dudney, and has mentors and instructors currently conducting study clubs and clinical programs related to cosmetic dentistry across the USA, Canada and the UK.
